The Rabbi is on the top floor, in the slope-ceilinged room under the roof. He is sitting on his cot. After a few moments, I say "I'm on medication. This isn't supposed to happen any more". The Rabbi looks at me for a moment. Then he unwraps a sandwich and starts to eat it.

I order a bagel with cream cheese at a lunch counter in Germany. The people behind me hand me two serviettes. When my bagel arrives, they give me a few more. They seem to expect I will be a messy eater. I'd be offended, except they are not wrong.

The Spadina Bus stop is at the very back of the station. It is dark and cluttered back there. I emerge onto a cliff overlooking the Don Valley. The bus stop is at the bottom of the cliff - to get there, I must descend on a wrought iron tube slide. When I get to the bottom, the other people waiting at the bus stop ask if I enjoyed the ride.
Batman Lego
We crash a party and play with some Batman Lego until well after the hosts have gone to bed. When we leave, we take most of the Batman lego with us.
Window Lobster
We are renting a house by the sea. I hear a scuttling noise from the window. When I pull the curtain aside, I find a two-foot lobster crawling up the windowpane.
